The huge Real IRA bomb that killed 29 in Main St, Omagh on 15/08/98
had been foreseen by informers who alerted Special Branch superiors.
They were to 'let this one go through' to protect the best informer
they had!.
Even today, despite clear evidence as to who perpetrated the atrocity,
only one has been charged, with continued paramilitary activity
influencing the "no arrests if you call a cease-fire"
deal. 4 others will be sued in a £10M trial.
